Dayan Hernandez-Guarneros
President
Dayan Hernandez-Guarneros is currently serving as your 2025-2026 President for Tennessee HOSA. She is a fifth-year member of HOSA and was a student from Morristown-Hamblen High School West who is attending East Tennessee State University this school year.
Dayan first joined HOSA in her freshman year. Later on, she achieved first place in the state for Prepared Speaking while competing in her sophomore year. She went on to serve as her chapter’s vice president during her junior year and as president during her senior year. Throughout her time with her chapter, she led a multitude of service-based events with her chapter and established a partnership between her high school chapter and Carson-Newman University. She is passionate about advocacy and authentically showing up to inspire others to grow in their own right.
Dayan is honored to serve Tennessee HOSA and is excited for a year of championing change alongside members united in making a positive impact on themselves, their communities, and the organization as a whole.
